     • Review and apply any discounts (e.g., D0270).
   • Narratives:
     • Create and submit narratives as needed (e.g., D9944).
   • Unsent Claims:
     • Identify and address any claims not yet submitted.
   • Incomplete Notes:
     • Review and provide incomplete notes to the relevant provider(s).
   • Other Specific Requirements:
     • Dr.14 checks for D4910 and INVDEL preparation.
2. Daily Completion:
   • Initial each task upon completion.
   • Ensure all tasks for each day are completed by Friday and send the final report to the Practice Administrator (PA), cc’ing the designated recipient.
3. Submission Information:
   • Reports for DSC: Codes as listed in DSC Weekly Report.
   • Reports for GP & PEDS: Codes listed in GP & PEDS Weekly Report.
