Even though we don’t participate with the UCCI Tricare plans, they do pay us out-of-network benefits, unlike other non-par UCCI plans that pay the patient. We should balance bill for diagnostic and preventive services and estimate out-of-network coverage for all other treatment since the insurance checks will come to us. The estimate will be calculated off our of office fees. There won’t be a write off since we don’t participate.
