The Verber Dental Group and Members 1st partnered up for Operation Restaurant Rescue, an initiative launched by Verber Dental to help local restaurants and community members in need.

Verber Dental kicked off the donations in the new year on January 2nd, by purchasing meals from Spoon’s Cafe in Carlisle and donated them to a local shelter.

On Sunday, January 3rd more meals were picked up from Redd’s Smokehouse BBQ in Carlisle and delivered to a local shelter.

“Verber Dental Group is grateful for partners like Members 1st to generously and graciously join in this effort to help bridge the financial burdens being born by our local restaurants and families in need. These types of initiatives speak volumes to just how connected small businesses in Pennsylvania are and their willingness to serve our community,” said Brandon Rogers, Chief Financial Officer of Verber Dental Group. 

On Wednesday, January 6th more meals were picked up from Dodge City Steakhouse in Harrisburg and Sandwich in Camp Hill and delivered to a local mission in the city.

On Friday, January 8th the Verber Dental Group team picked up meals from Stevie’s Bistro, Official BBQ, and Sophias at Walden and delivered the meals to two different local shelters.

Saturday, January 9th the Verber team picked up meals from Flinchy’s and donated them to local first responders including the Upper Allen Police and Fire Departments, Lower Allen Police Department, and Silver Spring Township Police.

Thursday, January 14th our team picked up meals from JB Lovedraft’s MicroPub and donated them to a local shelter.

Friday, January 15th our team purchased meals from Market Cross Pub and Momma Spriggs in Carlisle. The team then delivered the meals to a local shelter.

Saturday, January 16th we decided to mix it up and purchase breakfast meals. We picked up meals from the Carlisle Diner and Fay’s Country Kitchen in Carlisle and donated the meals to a local shelter.

Saturday, January 23rd our team picked up meals from O’Reilly’s Taproom & Kitchen and donated the meals to local first responders at West Shore EMS.

At least 500 meals were purchased from local restaurants and distributed to organizations, individuals, and families in need.
